Abnandan Enviro Private Limited (“Veloce Exchange”, “Veloce”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a technology-led circular economy and industrial waste management platform connecting industrial waste generators, vendors, ecopreneurs and recyclers across India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you access or use:
• Our website at www.veloce.exchange;
•The Veloce Exchange mobile and web application;
• Any other website, application, or digital service operated by Abnandan Enviro Private Limited that links to this Policy (together, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use the Platform.
2. Who We Are
Abnandan Enviro Private Limited (CIN: U38110KA2024PTC188809), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at [Registered Office Address], Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, is the “Data Fiduciary” (as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) responsible for the personal data processed through the Platform.

• Waste generators - industrial clients listing or selling scrap and waste material
• Vendors, ecopreneurs and collection partners
• Recyclers and buyers participating in bidding, marketplace or trade transactions
• Hub visitors and walk-in counterparties

• Business contacts and job applicants, where separately notified.
4. Definitions
• Personal Data - any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
• Data Principal - the individual to whom the personal data relates.
• Data Fiduciary - the entity that determines the purpose and means of processing personal data (Abnandan Enviro Private Limited).
• Data Processor - any entity that processes personal data on behalf of a Data Fiduciary.
• Processing - any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, sharing, and deletion.

• To operate the Bidding Platform, Marketplace, Asset Liquidation and ESG/EPR services
• To process payments and settlements, including through our NBFC partner
• To coordinate logistics, pickups and hub operations
• To communicate regarding transactions, support and account activity
• To comply with GST, environmental, Pollution Control Board and EPR obligations
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, misuse or security incidents
• To improve the Platform through analytics and product development
• To send service updates and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data on the following bases:
• Consent - where you have given specific, informed consent, for example for account creation, marketing communications or location access
• Performance of a contract - to fulfil transactions you enter into on the Platform
• Legal obligation - to comply with tax, environmental and other regulatory requirements
• Certain “legitimate uses” permitted under the Act - such as when you voluntarily provide data for a specified purpose, for example submitting a bid.
8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as necessary, and under appropriate safeguards, with:
• Transaction counterparties
• Our NBFC partner for T+0 vendor payments and working-capital facilitation
• Payment gateways and banks
• Logistics and transport partners
• Our technology partner, Crita Creative LLP, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations
• Regulators and authorities, including KSPCB, other Pollution Control Boards, tax authorities and law enforcement where legally required
• Professional advisors
• Corporate transaction counterparties under confidentiality obligations.
We require every third party we share personal data with to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may limit certain features of the Platform.
10. Data Storage, Security and Retention
We store personal data on secure servers located in India and apply administrative, technical and organisational safeguards - including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access - to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

12. Children’s Data
The Platform is intended for business use by adults (18 years and above) representing companies, vendors or ecopreneurs. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected a child’s personal data, we will delete it promptly.
13. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment gateway or NBFC partner portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
14. Cross-Border Data Transfer
We currently store and process personal data within India. If this changes, we will update this Policy and take appropriate steps to ensure any transfer complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules governing cross-border data transfer.

17. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
